Pros

Co-workers are all good people. Local management does the best it can with the tools it's given

Cons

The company as a whole is more.concerned with profit than it is with serving it's customer base or retaining any of its employees. The pay does not scale with the work load and the "metrics" system that is in place is unrealistic in it's scope for time to complete work. Once above the local level, upper management seems completely clueless about how the job is actually done. Corporate concern for profit over production drives talent away.

Pros

Pay is fair, and I am never pressured to work more than 40 hours weekly.

Cons

Legacy systems can slow work and create inefficiency. There is some work being done to improve on this side but the company has a long way to go.
