The local management for Delavan and New Berlin were very hypocritical. They will write you up for swearing in the office. But they have no problem swearing. Or swearing at you in a meeting. I also had a manager point at a sign that said slow and insinuated that I’m slow in the head and that’s fine. But me making a joke that I’m a red headed step child is inappropriate. Managers also won’t come out. But will write you up in a second for not. Managers are power hungry and hypocritical

They outsourced jobs to Jamaica and cut compensation for US based operations. No room for advancement. TDS used to be a good local employer, but I would no longer recommend due to how they treat their employees. May be ok to gain experience short term, but I this is not a place to expect to make a career from.
