Good pay for the area. I haven't seen any lay offs since i've worked here. They seem to genuinely care about long term employees.

Cons

Work hours varies through the seasons but it has gotten a lot better. Some of the supervisors are not great at their job and lack proper communication and expectations.

Pros

Management is very functional and Benefits are good. I especially like holiday bonuses and christmas parties, but others as well. Lots of overtime available from spring untill fall.

Cons

Shifts are minimal during winter. Parking lots are not always maintained the best.
