Pros
Great people. Pay is good. Bonuses are great. Fast-paced yet flexible. They encourage and challenge you. Fun job most of the time. Engineering Department leader is great, has a great vision for the future. Other great people in production too.
Cons
Not enough engineers for the workload. HR is slow. Some department managers and company leaders are close-minded, lack vision.
