Co-workers are great. Everyone is down to earth without pretenses.

Cons

Feels like you are at your last chance. They refuse to spend the money of the proper programs that would streamline work and increase productivity, but yet still require the same output with lesser programs and equipment.

Decent benefits, low expectations. Overall a good atmosphere full of great people. I learned a lot working there. Great opportunity overall if you are interested in engineering.

Cons

Pay was a bit low I thought. A little nepotism, but a very down to earth family that owns the place.
