Pros

I appreciate a broad ability to make a lot of $$$$ if I do the work. I also appreicate great leadership and management at team. Team provides good training and mentorship giving you the tools to excell.

Pros

I love the fact that I can essentially decide what I want to make money wise. I also love how many people that I've gotten to know that I wouldn't have had if I wasn't working with TEAM. Lots of new friends! Getting to know how phones work and the troubleshooting steps that I've learned are invaluable.

Cons

I feel like there isn't a good work/life balance. I've always felt that I was here in store more than I was able to go do things and live life. I also feel like there has been so many things added to everyday duties that were not in the job description when I was first hired and it's only increasing the amount of stress that I feel in a day.

Pros

The work life balance is really great in my store in particular. the store manager does a great job at working with our life schedules for a health work life balance.

Cons

The breakdown of tier 1 and tier 2 stores doesn't all the way make sense. seems like there are stores that prolly fall in between those two categories. that is just an observation.
