TEC Systems Group reviews

What was once a good company to work for has become a not so good place to work in recent years. The current owner, who took over from his father, had good intentions to grow the company when he took over. Through bad decisions and allowing his group of yes-men to run things, he hasn't accomplished this. In the time that the company has been in the new building, several long time employees have quit taking with them almost 100 combined years of experience. Raises have been miniscule at best for the employees that do the work while the bigger salaries have been handed out to those who spend their times in meetings all day.

About 7 years ago, the company founder passed away. Since then, the founder's son (Eric) began running the company. Through a series of poor decisions, ignoring those who ran the company prior to him and hiring poor / unqualified leaders, the once solid and sound customers have parted company with TEC. Employees have to threaten to quit to receive a decent raise. I've begun searching for a new job because I think TEC is circling the drain. We have entirely too much high salary overhead and the people, such as myself, who do the actual work have to fight for scraps.
