Pros

You will be able to work with 2 of the top 10 popular programming languages (Java, Java Script) Very interesting projects. Good communication and relationship between co-workers. 401K, Life Insurance, Health Insurance Bonus salary at the beginning of the year (subject to the company goals achieving ... and yours)

Cons

Health Insurance change almost every year. Very specific and complex frameworks that you will need to domain. You will be working in big projects and will ending up working many extra hours. Salary is poor.
