Pros

Friendly staff... But that's about it.

Cons

Flat company structure, no room for progression. They value their staff, but don't really show it. Until you hand in your notice then they try to offer you an incentive. Those who are hungry for progression get no opportunities, but external do first. Genuine people leave the company due to hitting the cieling and poor pay reviews.
