I have been interviewed for the position of solution architect . After 4 rounds they found I am not suitable candidate. So there interview panel is so talented that they need 4 rounds and 2 months of time. Avoid such companies for taking interviews. Don’t waste time

1. Decisions of Top level management sometimes disregards the individuals (specific to India) 2. Opportunities are there but they make it hard for you to grab those (specific to India) (Subjective)
