Pros

Nice friendly team who genuinely get along.

Cons

Having worked here for more years than their "HR" has, it has become apparent that HR is not very fair but biased in favour of management (they pay her salary end of the day). Private conversations and concerns are not taken seriously and instead treated as a joke. Pay rises are non existent unless you are liked A lot of people who have worked here for a "long time" get away with murder.

- Yearly get-together with colleague's across different business areas. - The relative flat organizational structure makes it easy to discuss and execute improvements on how business is done. - Genuine team spirit. - Projects across different industries

Cons

Emphasis on sales. Compared to larger consulting firms, processes tend to be less defined. This can be considered both a pro and con, depending on your personal preference for a set structure and following guidelines.
