      Pros

      Great people, friendly culture, helpful, smart colleagues. If you love recruiting but don't want to be in a typical agency environment, the TEEMA model is fantastic. You can run your business while still collaborating with like minded people.

      Cons

      All that independence can be tough! You need to be self managed and solution oriented. It is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Great flexibility, unlimited earning potential, great people.

      Cons

      You have to set up an S Corp which cost $700 for me. When working commission based, it is important to have access to solid recruiting resources. Although some resources are subsidized, I still pay out of pocket for access to my own recruiting resources. Also, the job specs often change from the actual job description to what the hiring manager wants.
