      Pros

      Plethora of markets for advancement.

      Cons

      The wage disparity is atrocious. Quantity of content is valued over quality. Industry as a whole relies on cheaper unskilled labor. High healthcare benefit rates. Disconnect among industry goals and actions. Low job security. Low pay.

      Pros

      Look, if you get the right shifts, you can glide through and get a steady paycheck. Is the pay good? No. But it’s a job that pays more than most broadcasting jobs. Not enough to live in Charlotte though.
