      The people you immediately work with are awesome. Some of the best coworkers I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Micromanaging literally everything even though they don’t know how to do YOUR job. Guilt trips for taking time off No HR department Layoffs because of the new plan put in place by the CEO.
