      They put a lot of money/resources into data and product, specifically digital marketing products.

      Feel like just a number, huge emphasis on new business, always changing up the compensation plan.

      Co-workers. Glassdoor has a five word minimum so this is filler.

      Cons

      Control over everything. They want Koo-laid drinkers not these who have ideas on improving process. Too many levels of management No direction on what's needed. Complete lack of leadership at all levels. I could go on but you get the idea.
