As far as media companies go Tegna is awesome. They give their employees the freedom to explore and experiment which is very unusual in local TV.

Cons

The pay isn't amazing, but could be worse.

TEGNA is a very innovative and forward-thinking company compared to many of our competitors in the broadcast industry. I enjoy working with our consultative sales people who earn the trust of local businesses by tailoring our TV, digital and OTT marketing solutions to business needs and ultimately helping businesses thrive!

Cons

Relatively new brand (TEGNA, formerly Gannett) that still needs to be strengthened in the industry.
