      Pros

      Good resources for any problem, lots of knowledge that is quick to be shared. Trend setter for doing things the right way versus competition.

      Cons

      Health benefits are costly for young employees at lower wage tiers. Very costly for family plans. Some of the new automation makes single point failures more likely with no one around to fix the issues.

      *All my coworkers are really enjoyable. There is certainly a sense of "team" here, and everyone is more than willing to help out. *TEGNA has a really bright future in Digital Media. *Leadership seems to always be looking to promote from within. *Pay is competitive

      Cons

      *Tegna is not yet a household name, but that should be changing in the next couple years as we continue to grow. *Still waiting to completely split from Gannett

      Pros

      I've been a TEGNA for a short time, but have found this to be a very collaborative, friendly, and exciting place to work. In all projects, big or small, the employees here collaborate and help each other. All of the people I've meet have been very welcoming and helpful, which is especially important for a new employee who is still trying to learn the business.

      Cons

      I haven't found any yet, but will let you know if I do.
