      Seems like a forward thinking Media Company trying to navigate an ever changing landscape. Has gotten better since the Gannett/Tegna split

      Health Benefits are terrible. Thanks a lot Obama.

      TEGNA has provided a stable, yet friendly and balanced work environment. Wonderful learning environment, and incredibly dedicated management and leadership team.

      Pros

      Really awesome company - my boss empowers me to make a difference. I feel like can bring ideas to the table and they are considered. We work very hard, its no joke here, but we also can have fun doing it. CEO really cares about people, I recently saw her talking to security staff and she seemed like she really cared, and enjoyed her people.

      Cons

      Its high stress and high deadline. Again, we work hard its not an easy job---but at end of the day I feel like I've done something.
