      I went through a 3-month, 7-interview process + had 4 "assignments" given to me to receive a job offer in this role, all for a minimal pay bump despite the role being described as "Mid-Senior Level" on LinkedIn. I wouldn't recommend spending time pursuing this role.

      Conveniently downtown right off the freeway. Schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Pay could be better. I noticed favoritism in the office. Typical company that “celebrates” the employees with pizza.
