Pros

Timely compensation and reimbursement. They also have a very good library of Technical training material.

Cons

Unfortunately, like most staffing agencies, raises are minimal or not at all. Also, there is some attempt to find another placement, but you can have bouts of unemployment.

Pros

Large consulting firm with many customers and job openings. Friendly and knowledgeable managers. Aggressive in finding a job for you.

Cons

Non-TEK consultants at the same work site were being paid more. Always feel they are trying to get me in at the lowest possible rate and keep a higher margin for themselves.
