its been a month since i joined Tek Systems, i have been very well recieved by the company and its team, i would really appreciate the hiring process and the follow ups done by the recruiter.

Cons

Documentation is worst, i have submitted all the required documents online and then they ask you to sigh and submit the dcuments through courier, its waste of money and time as there are around 20-35 pages, and also they blackmail you with holding your salary if the doucments are not sent thourgh courier. all this happens after you submit all your documents online. these peple are still before pandemic and are not in sync with the current IT world. very slow process

Teksystems have amazing clientele. I was provided with an opportunity to work with one of its reputed clients. They have a room to provide skill development. In addition RNR is conducted month on month. I have had an excellent experience in the recent months with recruiter and HR, Harshul contacting to take the feedback regularly and diligently working to have those feedback and queries executed. Again, Gunjan is another HR who endures without any hesitation and helps the employees with full details.

Cons

Expecting a follow back on your query is difficult unless you have active HRs working on your account.
