      1) Best Hiring Process. 2) Top Clients. 3) Good leave policy 4) Good Pay. 5) HR will understand the aspirations of candidates and accordingly they will provide opportunities. If the candidate is good at technical, then they will get you for multiple client interviews.

      Flexibility in working either from TEKsystems or from client location Good coordination with admin staff and payroll management Always opportunity with new learning technologies Managers and Hr,s are very closely work with team for supporting their employees and giving opportunity to work with different customers

      Notice period was very less compare with other organisations There is no Bench after relieving from client project
