They act like you need them. They sell you to a company by acting like greasy car salesmen. The company will try to find holes in your game. They are pretty much free to harass you, or disrespect you. Teksystems will do nothing to for you. To them, it means you are a bad fit. In reality, the company could never afford you, so they believe it is okay to be disrespectful. Again, there is no standard of conduct with this company. There is no actual harassment policy. Apparently, You cannot complain, they will just blame you. It seems they just want the company's partnership and money. You are just a pawn in their game.
