Prayers you don’t inherent a mess albeit likely. Turnover is pretty high and there is often information that gets lost with how often people leave. Being a staffing boa is significantly less work that being a global services boa.

Toxic workplace. You see people getting fired every other week. you get numbed after a while. Super high turnover to the point that there are people dedicated to training the new people as their only job. Company is the worst of corporateworld i have ever seen. You dont need a degree for this role so most people come from even worse fields like hospitality(Hotels, restaurants...) which are way worse but i swear they just ruin everything bc they become the strictest managers when they make it up the ladder. Just keep that in mid if anyone is interested in this and looking at these reviews. And I promise that is not the norm. Use this as a stepping stone. and like zero opportunities for growth.
