Cons
They says while joining that they have 600+ companies associated with them, but after completion of project / client budget renewal(cut off) no other opportunity provide., just for showing, they arrange interview and interviewer not even interested to hire, seems just for formality take an interview. If We are calling HR team for arranging interview they mostly ignore as well. No job security, strongly recommended to not join. Salary also deduct. They shows that they have good business but in terms of salary they don't provide hike, no appreciation. No technical exposure. only they export to client location and every time ask to submit attendance so that they can get as much as money from client, on behalf of employee and they don't even provide good salary to employee. Strongly recommend to not join the company. No work life balance. Client also behave as bifurcation between contractor and permanent employee while providing task. First time in Life had an experience of such black market. incase if you have only this company's offer then Trust on yourself wait for few days to get good offer and take decision wisely.
