-Terrible health insurance -You’re expected to make $12 dollars an hour until you hit a certain “spread” -They just dropped the base by 10k and changed the commission structure -You’re expected to underpay the people you recruit to get your spread to be higher. I heard multiple times that our competitors were offering them high salaries. -Management is super toxic. There were a lot of sexist comments made to me. There was a ton of drinking in the office and if you don’t participate, they say you’re not a cultural fit. There was open drug use at company outings. -You were expected to work 12 hour days.
