      Management is too young and have no real life experience so they act like children. They say they care about you as an individual, but you are still just a number who they can get rid of and replace. The stress levels are so high that you will take this job home with you.

      TEK has an amazing company culture that morphs you into the best version of yourself both personally and professionally. You will be developed into a fantastic sales person and also a leader that will yield you dividends your entire career even long after TEK. TEK is well known and very respected across it’s industry so having TEK in your resume is a big deal. You’ll also establish mentorships, professional relationships and friendships that last a lifetime because the TEK culture is really that great. It will bond you.

      Cons

      You will work 50-65 hours/week your first 3 years. That’s just what it takes to be successful. After that it will simmer down to 45-55 hour weeks.
