      Pros

      Relationships when genuine, great learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Pay, forced relationships due to the companies culture, upper management doesn't seem to care about their associates although they claim they do. People in management don't know how to coach and develop.

      Great environment with great people to work with. Energy levels are always great. Positive vibes.

      Cons

      Growth Opportunity not as attainable as they lead you to believe. Benefits are just ok. Try to leverage below average salary with Quarterly events and ice cream socials.

      Pros

      Uncapped commission, good base salary, great training program, commission bonuses and incentive trips. Great place to get some good sales/recruiting experience.

      Cons

      You can get away with a lot in this company as long as you're performing - including sexual and verbal harassment. It's a very unprofessional environment overall with a lot of yelling, cursing, and even people openly admitting drug use and inter-office relationships. Since the environment is so competitive, there's a lot of backstabbing, manipulation, and greed. If you don't work in a corporate office/hub, your opportunity for advancement is limited. Additionally, if you don't play the political field correctly, you won't advance with TEKsystems as promotions are usually given to the manager's favorite, not the person who performed and/or worked hardest.
