Pros
Pay was among the average of what others were paid from other sub contractors and the PTO was good.
Cons
Non compete made it hard to move into other jobs at that location and the benefits were horrible. Health and everything else was too expensive and they didnt match on 401k at all. No additional life insurance provided so basically you pay for everything yourself if you want it through them. PTO was expected to be taken in 4hr increments for some reason and they constantly screwed up my pay for the first few months. Didnt have much interactions with them really after i got the job and since i worked in a different location didnt hear much from them either unless something got screwed up.
