Favoritism poor leadership at the local level. It happens everywhere and sometimes you'r'e in, sometimes you're not but the most recent DBO working in the Fort Worth, TX office was one of the worst leaders I've ever been around and the people that she leaned on in the office were equally as pathetic. There are a select few that are free to do as they please and the rest are pretty much screwed. People will stab you in the back and the gossip is out of control. I had a great group of friends and a few are still there but the "leaders" were the reason so many good ones left.
