Lots of them: - Nepotism - Either you are friends with an Account manager and you get exclusive access to Requirements to fill early, Or Friends of Friends hiring each other, Girlfriends and wifes and husbands hiring each other, Brothers and sisters all of that. - They Mold you there to drink the kool aid. - Become a part of their system no individuality. - Greedy, they will bill an enormous amount on their side, contractors usually earn below market rate. - Lots of Drama, Ex's fighting in the same office, rumors, politics, favoritism, they want you to be successful so they become successful, everything is a business transaction there.
