Pros
Great internal team members who are invested in your success. Fairly competitive compensation once you're producing at a contest level. Investment into new technologies and emplyee development.
Cons
Very poor parental leave, remote flexibility for tenured employees, poor 401k match and overall compensation for high producing employees could be improved. Pushing out every catch word training, AI tool for the sake of saying we're doing it vs. improving prodcution and efficiency.
