If you’re willing to put in the work, there are endless opportunities to learn, lead, and move up.
Cons
Be prepared for a high pressure and fast paced environment. You have to be self-motivated and resilient. Due to the demanding nature of this role, work-life balance can be challenging. Long hours are not uncommon.
