Cons
It’s hard to think of things that are positive within this company. I can start at the position of BOA. The reason a lot of people take this position is for the experience... and that’s it. This is not a career position nor a career company. They do not care about you. Post training, you will be able to see that yourself. The training is way to accelerated for the millions of functions related to this role, which of course, are expected to be learned and efficiently used out of training. The turnover is incredible here. Which i guess doesn’t matter considering the consistent hiring rounds. People leave, people come, really doesn’t matter to this company. At the same time you will be compensated very poorly. Good luck here.
