READ THE ADVICE FROM ACTUAL RECRUITERS AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS NOT CONTRACTORS ------ I had worked at TEK for about 2 years as a recruiter. The people are awesome, but - THEY DO NOT INVEST IN THEIR EMPLOYEES. They could care less about your success unless you are an account manager at 40k. There is one woman in leadership and the rest are all men. (Boys club). They use your weaknesses against you, or if you tell them about life experiences and you try to leave they will literally use that against you. They completely take advantage of college grads. This is a MONKEYS job. You do not need a college degree. They lie and say you are not cold calling. YOU COLD CALL 90% of the time. Completely unorganized; there is no real career path. It is a SALES company, so you will work 70 hours a week, and as a new recruiter you get paid absolute garbage. 12.25/hr or 40k? Some recruiters in our office were over 20k in spread and didn't even make 70k a year. They refer to you as "family" THAT IS TOXIC. I was SEVERLY UNHAPPY working here. There is nothing in this world that could get me back. There is NO diversity at this company.
