      Pros

      Depends on the client you will be working, for me, I got great place to work and learn lot of things with a descent salary. Also, note they have good connects with big product based companies so you will get great opportunities even if you don't have very strong profile.

      Cons

      Same here depends on the client, but remember you will be a temp employee in the client company, carrier waive growth is not so great. I would say.
