Immature company. Staffing vs IT Services. staffing is what they are known for and much of their services are them pretending they are everything to anyone. Too many people have been put into management that should not be there and do nothing except waste time. Staffing and Services could not get along any worse and often fight for competition. The staffing side is toxic. Services side is has better more knowledgeable people, but your territory/accounts/and staffing account managers determines how much you can sell. Services sales cycles are typically 6 months to 8 months or more. Quota was raised 6 months into fiscal year by almost 400% YOY, Very little onboarding and development of people, can't find the right people to pull into to actually sell things or they don't respond.
