They say they do, but again - all talk and no action Initially you think the salaries are decent, but that’s compared to your non-Consulting gig before TEK. Compared to the big four or other consulting firms, they are not competitive. Benefits are horrible No or poor career growth progression opportunities . You are not asked what your career goals are. People are moved into different roles without being asked or consideration of career goals. People are leaving the company.
