      Pros

      TEKsystems genuinely cares about the people they place. They pay well for skilled staff, and they work hard at keeping people employed.

      Cons

      Obviously, they cannot control the market, not having a bench means no placement and you are unemployed. As well, assignment by assignment there can be variance in the amount you are paid.

      Pros

      They send reps to take you out to lunch on them about once a month. They are on top of things while in the hiring process.

      Cons

      I'm new to the contracting world, and I'm learning quickly. They don't discuss your leave or holidays with you. Most contracting companies give you at least a week or at least allow you to accrue it from what I've heard, I got nothing and they only cover 6 paid holidays and no two day holidays. They will make it seem as though their host company controls your pay but they actually do. My advice to anyone thinking of working for them is to negotiate your contact and pay on your terms.
