Good starter career, lots of advancement, really stressful

Pros

You can make money fast - if you want to work your butt off and I mean 70/hours + a week. I did make some of the best friends of my life at this job. It is fun if you are new to the work force to get professional skills quickly.

Cons

As mentioned, it is a lot of long hours and you don't always see the benefits of those hours. Its the people business and no matter what you do - you can't control people, which can make it stressful and tiring.

I really felt like she cared about me. She was on top of everything from start to finish, and helped me find a job, get the paperwork done, and get to orientations within five days. Amazing!

Cons

The pay is too low. Other than that, the only other thing is that they can call you more than what is really necessary. I am not used to someone calling me over and over, so it took a day or two for me to get used to her calling me for even the simplest questions.

I've been a contractor many times, and this has been the finest. They maintain frequent, friendly communications with my work manager and provide feedback. Contractor lunches for one-on-one time to discuss job satisfaction/needs. On-time payment. Administrative staff on top of notifications for time sheets, holidays, insurance sign-up, events, etc. Christmas party for contractors at the office, with nice gifts. Friendly, caring people.

Cons

Staff seems to have long hours. Minor - attractive office, but difficult to find without gps. Turnover among staff may be a concern.
