      Pros

      It's good when you are fresh out of school and need experience. Great place to work and people are overall very nice, but it's not for everyone. Provides training to you if you or your supervisor finds it will be beneficial. Insurance plan is not bad

      Cons

      Constantly need to work with others and deal with confrontation, sometimes with not-so-great results. It is very competitive-- some people strive in this environment, others, not so much. People come and go all the time. Not too much opportunity ahead, there aren't too many positions to choose from. Compensation isn't great.

      Pros

      For young people just starting out this is an opportunity to grow and be successful; Definitely not a place to grow a career, but a good place to learn how to become a professional. They do treat the IT professionals well but definitely need work on the internal relationships.

      Cons

      Corporate politics, corporate politics, corporate politics: be prepared to brown-nose. Part of their training process is that you have to go out to lunch with everyone in the office and suck-up to them. As a recruiter, the only way you make money is if the account managers like you. Doesn't matter if you submit the resume of the most qualified person, if the account manager doesn't like you, they will hire someone else's candidate. Also, be prepared to only be mediocre. The district manager literally told me to go home at 5pm because I "am working too hard and making everyone else look bad."
