      Good company for paying salary on time and answering queries. But no hikes, no other benefits, and no more.

      Pros

      The best reason to work here would be to get salary on time and most of the time good response for hr related queries. They have given assurance that the project would be for 1 year and it was true.

      Cons

      there are more cons than pros. There is no salary hike even after an year, no extra benefits apart from minimum insurance. They have no interest in retaining the same employee after the project is completed at the client. They have no direct interaction with the employee.

      Everyday is a challenging day in TEKSYSTEMS INDIA , non realstic numbers, targets, worst and un-educated managers, they don't know how to respect their co workers, if you talk abt the senior management they don't even Value the subordinates and they will treat team members as slaves, and all DOB's think they are Supremes in the company , TEK systems works on all saturday and some times on sunday also for no use,
