Excellent office location. Friendly coworkers. Dedicated employees. Opportunity for diverse experience when working for different clients.
Cons
Competitive resources would not stay long. Bad mid-level management. The Center keeps and promotes lousy managers who have no idea why the business is going down because of themselves. There is a personal experience for an example. My vacation requests were postponed year after year because the center can't bill the clients for vacation time. I agreed to do that again and again when the managers asked me to for the favor of the company. Of course the close-minded managers couldn't care less about my life. When I left the company, the center refused to pay me my remaining vacation balance. So basically the company had taken advantage of my kindness and dedication to the company.
