      Great work/life balance Great Salary (if you negotiate right)

      Sloooooow Unexciting projects A lot of outsourcing to India (i.e. difficulty working in true Agile) Weak management — lack of vision As someone mentioned before, servant mentality leads to unreasonable contracts which leads to a lot of aggravation for those who have to deliver on those contract Zero team-building No parties/social events

      Pros

      They really work with you as a consultant to chase down leads and get interviews. They're good problem solvers when you are having challenges with an engagement. I have some health issues which compromises my ability to be in the office regularly. They assisted me to get reasonable accommodations. I've worked at a lot of consulting groups. Many recruiters consider you a widget. TEK is one of the very few that demonstrates their concern for the individual.

      Cons

      In my experience, they have been fair; held up their end of contracts.

      Pros

      They really care about their employees and spent a LOT of time on training and development. They will take you out to lunch, and much of your expenses are reimbursed

      Cons

      grueling, sitting at a desk most of the day during the first year or two as a technical recruiter
