      - Job I was placed in was challenging and interesting - Account considered me an employee as well so it was a nicely integrated environment - Account manager helped get me nice rate upcharge when I received position change - My account manager as well as resource manager stayed in contact with me to make sure things were going well - Interesting opportunities with a job that was appropriate for my experience level - Markets rates, not too low, but not that high either
