Pros

I work at the corporate location and still love to come to work each day after 10 years. The people and culture here is what makes it so special. You are pushed to achieve your best and given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

TEKsystems is a "work hard, play hard" company and that isn't always a great fit for everyone. If you want to dedicate yourself to a career and be challenged, this is the right environment. If you are just looking for a paycheck, look elsewhere.

The people who work here are just incredible. They are people who really care about you and your success. We are competitive but not to the detriment of others. There's also a ton of opportunity for growth not just within our company but also within one of our other Operating Companies.

Cons

When you are consistently the leading company in your industry it's really difficult to stay there year after year. Therefore work/life balance is often non-existent.

Ethical, supportive and people oriented company which offers employees the ability to get out of the job what they put in. There is no other company out there with a culture as good as this one which allows you to make an incredible income to reach whatever goals you aspire to hit.

Cons

If you do not like working hard or in a team setting this is not the job for you. Also, if you do not have any interest in sales...also not the best job for you.
