Pros
Uncapped commission, the harder you work the more you get paid. Promote from within and a lot of room for promotions in a short period of time. Young/fun environment, A lot of outside social events. You get to expense meals with clients and consultants. Meet a lot of great people in the industry, internal and external and all become very close. You share you personal and professional goals with the company so they understand your background and what drives you, pushed from within a lot.
Cons
Time management is difficult, roller coaster feeling for recruitment in general, a lot of highs and lows. People are tough to control in general. Numbers company, so everyone knows when you are doing poorly.
