      Pros

      Flexible schedules, interesting work, and high profile clients. Many say that TEK is a great employer for those who want entry level jobs and some quality experience.

      Cons

      From my experience, Teksystems is very good at treating it's employees as if they were in preschool. I have watched several different managers cycle through, but the style of management and the lack of respect has remained the same. TEK has some great people working for them and they are lucky to have them but they tend to ignore these folks. Management seems to have no idea what industry they are working in and they enjoy investing half of their budget on attempting (poorly) to track productivity in the office instead of using their money in more productive was. Politics rule the office at TEKsystems and you better suck up if you want to better your career!

      They can be flexible with your work hours / work habits. Give you the option of learning if you are self initiated.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between upper management and workers. Poor pay, poor morale.
