      Pros

      TEK genuinely cares about its employees... to a certain degree. Assimilating to the culture is a huge deal. If you're not into building and improving relationships with your co-workers, then don't work here.

      Cons

      It certainly treats its employees much better than other companies, yet there's a compensation sacrifice, a large one for anyone working at HQ.

      Pros

      Everyone from the recruiters on up was extremely flexible, understanding and helpful. The recruiter I worked with kept regular contact with me and was incredibly personable. She took a genuine interest in getting to know me as a person, rather than just treating me like an asset. I felt a great deal of employee loyalty there.

      Cons

      Lower pay. There's no way around it, the pay at this position was considerably lower than it should have been, and I received an offer from another recruiting firm for the same job at a higher rate, so clearly teksystems cut is a bit high. That said, I didn't mind as much because of the culture of the company.
