      Pros

      Good schedule, decent pay, they offer some benefits. Not good ones, but better than none. Paid training, people are easygoing.

      Cons

      Benefits are too expensive. No raises, very few paid holidays and sick time. Schedules change too often. Not much recognition for those problems solvers, like me -- who come up with new ideas to make the process easier/better.

      Pros

      Teksystems is a big consulting firm. they can easily place you when you need a job. They have recruiters ready to place people.

      Cons

      The rates paid to consultants are on the low side. They need to show they care about their consultant. The relationship between recruiters and consultants need to improve.
